  • I have been playing Mens Senior Baseball (20 to 30 games per year) since 1990 (17 years) including 12 trips to the MSBL National World Series Tournament in Phoenix, Arizona (6 games plus playoffs over 6 days). My bat bag from year one has been the Ultimate Pro style (I only had to buy 2 in all those years, and only because the second was a little bigger and had some new features that I liked even better than the original. I still have both and they are so durable and the canvas of such good quality that they still look new). Now at age 49, and because I play several positions and need to carry numerous gloves, wood and weighted bats and extra gear, it was time to consider a bigger wheeled bag. I did my homework and looked at and researched every major brand there is. I even ordered one that looked perfect online and quickly returned it after seeing the size and quality firsthand. In my opinion, they are simply the best at what they do and you can’t go wrong on any level purchasing any type of sports bag from them!

    In January, I ordered 6 purple pro-style bags for our girls’ fastpitch team. Since then 1 of the girls’ zippers has went to heck. I put off emailing you about it because I wanted to actually look at it and then see if any of the others failed. Thankfully, no others have failed. Is there some way we can replace this one bag? We also need to order 1 more. Can you handle these things for me? Please let me know what I need to do at this end.

    I got your message today and I will happily return the broken zippered bag to you. Unfortunately I can’t get it from the player until Saturday, so I will send it out on Monday. So the manufacturer is sending out a new one, if I understood you correctly, and you will send an additional one out for $35 once I return the defective one.   • I purchase the Ultimate sports bag back in February 2007. I had it embroider and my daughter has used it about 3-4 times due to school ball (she uses a bag that has her school colors for this). So, she has not used this bag a lot right now. I bought it because it was the only large equipment bag I could find that matched her travel team. Her travel team really liked it and is planning on ordering them for the whole team.
    The issue I am having is that the horseshoe pocket is coming apart where the zipper and material meet on the outside. Is there any kind of warranty for this? What do I need to do to get it fixed? My fear is that once school ball is over and thing start to pick up with her travel team the bag will fall apart.

    I have three travel softball teams here in Southern California, 12U 14U and 16U.
    As Manager of this organization, I constantly look for the best equipment for our teams, and several months ago, I purchased one of your Ultimate Pro Style Bags, and gave it to one of our players for the season. Of course it wouldn’t have been a true test unless I gave it to the roughest kid on the team, so that’s what I did and the bag held up great.
    The player commented on the compartment layout being better than any bag on the market and I can say that the construction and material have held up better than all the others we have purchased in the past.
    After talking to you, I understand you have gotten rid of the bat holder on the front of the bag, which for us, is a great idea, as we never used it. Your constant interest in making changes to an already great bag proves to me, you are really trying to supply the players with the “Ultimate Bag”, and is not just the name of it.

  • The Ultimate Sports bag, WOW!! Let me start by simply stating that I find “ULTIMATE” to be an extreme understatement!
    Fishing is my sport, and thats what I use my bag for. I absolutely love it. It allows me to carry ALL of my fishing gear, including several poles, AND necessities for my dog (chew toys, snacks, tie out chain, etc) and other miscellaneous stuff that I take, all in one bag instead of several, and the shoulder strap stays up on my shoulder well, thereby allowing my hands to be free and I love that.
    With my ULTIMATE bag, getting to/from the truck to the water is no longer a battle of a “balancing act” of multiple bags and the dog. Going fishing has always been great, convenient or not, but now its even better!

  • Hello my name is Gordy and I have been a customer of the Ultimate bag ever since I first saw it about 15 years ago. I first saw it in my local sporting goods store and just had to have it. Man what a bag. It had been the last bag I had to buy for 15 years. I just recently had a malfunction with the zipper but still continue to use it for a equipment bag. I have tried several different bags since then but I have found out that I have wasted my money on other bags. I was disappointed in other bags because of its capacity to hold enough gear and the durability. Within the first few games usually the zipper is the first to go. I keep saying The Ultimate bag wouldn’t have done that. So I am hopefully going to get another bag for myself and one for my daughter. Because the Ultimate bag is the Ultimate equipment!! Thank you.
